How about on restored steering wheels? It still looks great, even with the intense heat that it sees in the cab and the temp swings due to my cold a/c. I wiped everything down with prep rags and put 3-4 light coats on everything.
I have no peeling, scratches, or chips anywhere. | | | | | Joined: Jul 2002 Posts: 59 Member | | Member Joined: Jul 2002 Posts: 59 | I haven't used Fusion but I have used a product called SEM when I restored my plastic door panels and it's held up well for nearly 4 years now. It may be available locally but I purchased from yourautotrim.com . I also used SEM Vinyl Prep before I painted. The stuff's not cheap but I've been very please with it. 72 Sierra Grande - Maych Forget about "do it right the first time". Do it wrong the first time to learn how, then do it right the second time.

It adheres to plastic very weell and won't chip or rub off. Just make sure all grease oil etc. is wiped off I use lacquer thinner right before spraying. | | |
