Has anyone tried the Krylon "Fusion" brand rattlecan paint for plastics? How about on restored steering wheels? Comments?

I used the black on the dash and inserts on my Toyota truck last year. It still looks great, even with the intense heat that it sees in the cab and the temp swings due to my cold a/c. I wiped everything down with prep rags and put 3-4 light coats on everything.

I have no peeling, scratches, or chips anywhere.

I haven't used Fusion but I have used a product called SEM when I restored my plastic door panels and it's held up well for nearly 4 years now. It may be available locally but I purchased from yourautotrim.com .
I also used SEM Vinyl Prep before I painted. The stuff's not cheap but I've been very please with it.

For refinishing older steering wheels up to '72 Duplicolor gloss or semi gloss lacquer works great. It adheres to plastic very weell and won't chip or rub off. Just make sure all grease oil etc. is wiped off I use lacquer thinner right before spraying.
