Are front and rear brake cylinders different(size)

CMC 1/2 ton truck front cylinders are wagner #F3406 (Casting # FD3407) which are 1 1/4 bore the rear is part #F3396 (Casting # FD3397) which is 1 3/16 bore, brake hose numbers F4497 front& rear. They look the same from the outside
