I'm sure the interior looks great. I did go to the link you have of the 50 1 ton. Cool story. Looking at the pic- is that a homemade grain shoot sticking out the side ahead of the drivers rear fender? We used to put a green 49 chevy in gear and jump out, climb in the bed and pitch flakes of hay to the cows. I can just see that trickling out grain across a pasture with hogs or whatever happily following along. Thanks for the memory. Greg

| | | | | Joined: Aug 2013 Posts: 293 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2013 Posts: 293 | Hi fourspeedwagon; yes grain shute on the side. it does have a single hyd hoist but I can well imagine with side boards and a full load of grain there is no way it would lift the box to dump, so the original owner had to install the shute to get rid of some of the weight.
