I've had issues with these turning on their shaft. Whether originals or repros. So, I came up with a fix. You'll need a 3/32" x 1" roll pin and a 3/32" drill bit. See the pictures as they will speak a thousand words. I will add that the proper place to drill is just above the ball area. You can tell where the ball wears in the socket and where it doesn't. You want to drill where it doesn't. I drill all the way through and drive the pin until it is flush. In the example in the pictures, I still had about an 1/8" left to go before that 1/8" snapped off. No loss, it still does the job.
