on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 975 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 975 | I am getting ready to order new kick panels and header for my 46.
The color choices are black, gray and brown. I don't want black or brown and doubt the gray will match the color gray I am painting the inside.
Has anyone painted the cardboard kick panels and header panel to match the interior color? | | | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 1,048 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 1,048 | Recently received a set of gray ones from “Chevs of the 40’s”. I have sprayed them with Rust-Oleum primer with no problems, but not painted them yet. I was also thinking of using these as a pattern for some more substantial material, like maybe Masonite.
PS Next town over from Livonia is Farmington, MI | | | | | Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 975 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 975 | Thanks for the info. I will probably order mine gray and see how they look. If I don't like the match, I will spray on the paint.
I am betting Farmington MI is a little bigger and faster paced than Farmington MN?
