My 52 GMC ambulance didn't have any, but then it didn't have a radiator either.:) Are they original/ critical/necessary? Sure looks like they may interfere with the A/C condenser. Thanks for the help.

Radiator actually sits inside the support and there is a matching channel bow over the top, hence my question "original/necessary?" Any GMC AD owners can add to the info?
