Unless of course you have a door key and it doesn't work in back, Other than that, a set of try-out keys is about your only hope. Unless you want to drill out the cylinder. You can remove the lock assembly/ t-handle all in one piece and I could most likely make you a few keys for it.

I don't know how they do it. When I got my '65, I only had an ignition key. No key for the door. Called one of our local mobile locksmiths and he came out to the farm and made me two new keys to fit within 30 minutes. I forget how much it was but I remember that it was remarkably reasonable. And I didn't have to disassemble anything

With a little patience and persistence, there are very few locks that can't be picked if they have even a little rotating slack.
