I am not sure about the years for you question, but, in 1954/55st, the standard COE seats are:
GMC: 2 seat cushions and 1 seat back

One truck had no seat parts, just a later bucket seat tack welded to the seat riser. The other had a torn up but normal looking back and 2 seat cushions (1 is just a pile of bent springs)that seems like they might actually fit, but hard to tell.
Guess I should be looking for bench seat.

The seat frame is slightly modified at the front portion to allow for the tranny linkage to travel from beneath the seat out to the shifter lever mounted on the center engine cover. 47-54 GMC COEs however, have the full seat back, as the Chevrolet's do, but have separate driver, and passenger seat cushions, with the shifter coming straight up from the tranny. | | |
