I have a 48 1/2 ton gmc that I am replacing
almost every panel on the truck. when I got
the truck the floors and door pilers where
rusted away. the cab has fallen or something
I got new floor pans with the toe boards and
they will not match up there is about 1 1/2"
between the two. I also got new rockers and
inner cowls and outer cowls. is there some way
to get the truck square so the panels fit better?
any help would be great. or everybody can come to my place and we all could do it together?

that is the way mine was when I got it. If you look up my webshots you will see how I supported the cab to do the work. I copied the method from the "Chuck the truck" website.

There are cab supports underneath the frontfloor. If these are rusted out, the cab can end up resting on the bell housing via the toeboard.
