Will the floor interfere with the installed switch in your application? Is that 1.023 inch(?) measurement on cutting the bevel from corner to seat the switch flush?

However my truck has a modified auto trans floor panel. The housing is 0.260 thick at this point and you will need to grind about 1/16 to get the switch to adjust down for correct contact. https://photos.app.goo.gl/t45DGLgedn1Qm1eH3
