I am trying to reassembly my steering box on my 1/2 ton. I have assembled the ball bearings in the carrier many times and it will easily move up the shaft but moving down it jams and eventually balls will fall out of the end?
What am I doing wrong, I have tried several times and I do not seem to get it to work. I have all 60 balls so I am not missing any what is the secret to installing these ball bearings?
