If so, could you state what model Hurst shifter it is....thanks

I bought it from a vendor at Carlisle, PA swap meet several years ago.
It was a NOS kit from the '60s. I can't give you model number and I don't think Hurst makes them anymore.
You might cruise EBay.

I think the original Hurst company quit making shifters for many years. I think Mr. Gasket bought the name and started making shifters again.
