The cab is a chevy and the inners are GMC - anyone ever have this problem? | | | | | Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 1,571 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 1,571 | Has the cab had any sheet-metal work done? Are you sure you have the right size inner fenders? Chebby and GMC should be the same. | | | | | Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 427 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 427 | There is a bracket that bolts to the cab first and the inner fender bolts to that, it's for the e-brake mounting. Is it on there? | | | | | Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 128 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 128 | Originally posted by wilbur: There is a bracket that bolts to the cab first and the inner fender bolts to that, it's for the e-brake mounting. If you have a four speed with the hand brake lever on the transmission, the bracket is smaller and doesn't extend down to the rocker panel. | | |
