I have removed the screws that attach the glass to the regulator, and I have also removed the inside frame. The glass is loose, I just can't seem to get it out of the opening. There is a ribbed channel that is in there also. Does it come out? Also, what parts do I need to get to re-build the doors? Scrapers, windlace?

Once you have the 4 screws out that hold the window to the regulator, and the inner window frame off, roll down the regulator, tip the front of the window down into the door until you've rotated it a 1/4 turn. Now the top of the window should be facing the front of the door. From here you should be able to tip the window toward you as you lift it out of the door. You do not need to remove the glass run channel to remove the window.
