I see the mounting pads, but not bolts.

If I have to replace em, does everyone just use a regular bolt and slide a wrench at the bottom mount and install a nylock nut on top?

| | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | more likely the floating nuts will rip the cages loose, but in any case ya gotta get things apart .... lotsa repeated loosen-all applications over time, maybe some heat, eventually you'll get'em, the bolts can be replaced from a hardware store, nuts too if they can't be cleaned up

Spent the day installing engine & trans, fitting headers and determined the throttle linkage will not work in my truck (always something, transmission housing in the way), Now the switch to throttle cable instead of throttle rod.
