You needed the etch primer first and then the high build. | | | | | Joined: Oct 2015 Posts: 338 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2015 Posts: 338 | Generally speaking, many items can be called DTM but most that are called DTM are not as good as products that are called primer. To clarify, if you are painting bare steel, epoxy primer then high build primer then paint is always going to be the best corrosion protection. If you want to use a DTM high build, just know there is a better coating solution for anti corrosion properties.
