For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 442 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 442 | Okay, (need some correction) 50 model 1/2 ton had no vent windows, '51 has the vent window. Is there a difference between the '51 thru '53 doors that you can visually see? I have a 1950 model, with drivers side cowl vent, which has doors with vent windows. Possibly the doors are from a later year (the door handles are push-button handle too) Did they put on vent windows in the later part of the 1950 model run? Just need some info for when replacing vent/door glass.

I'd say your doors were later year. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 1,571 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 1,571 | '51 has vent windows and turn-down door handles. '52-'55 have vent windows and push-button handles, they didn't change them again. | | |
