Hey guys,
I see a lot of AD trucks with black fenders and
the cab, hood and box painted another color like green, red etc.
My question is, did trucks ever come from the factory with this paint scheme?

yes... commercial trucks could be ordered any color and were promoted that way in ads.
Real popular back in New England

sure it's a nice paint job.....
but something is missing!

It wasn't a "standard" factory job, but in those days GM would paint it any way you wanted. The only factory 2-tone scheme ever offered on AD/ND trucks switched at the beltline.
