Does anyone recognize this? Is this factory? Thanks. Please identify this shifter. Is this 4wd or something else? | | | | | Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 486 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 486 | Is it the emergency brake?

No. One shifter, one parking brake handle. | | | | | Joined: Dec 2011 Posts: 99 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Dec 2011 Posts: 99 | Ok, looks like 2 shifters on the right. Did all 3600s have this? Don't see them in all of the photos. Cool. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 7,441 Bolter | | Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 7,441 | Pull the handle towards the seat and you will hear a clicking sound as the lever moves. It will get hard to pull and when you let loose of the handle it will stay in place. Squeeze the little handle as you apply pull to the rear then hold the squeeze as you release the lever forward. Looks just like the one I had on my 4100. BTW, you got to give us time to answer. Not everyone hovers over the keyboard waiting on a new post. Patience is a virtue, or so they say.

TF 3600's came standard with three on the tree with the parking brake lever under the dash to the left of the steering wheel that actuated the rear brakes. 3600's with 4 speeds came with the floor mounted prop shaft brake. This differs from the 3100's and 3200's that were ordered with the 4 speed because they retained the same parking brake as the three on the tree.
