For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 486 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 486 | When I purchased this 292 there was no hose connected to the vacuum line on the distributor. There is a threaded hole at the base of the carb. I plugged it to keep bugs out. Is this the correct location to connect a vacuum line for the distributor? If not, what is it for and where is the correct place to get the distributor vacuum? Thanks. Jeff

That's the one for the vacuum advance.
