I can get them real close but not perfect. is there a good start point and method to get the door dialed in perfect. I removed both the hinges and doors so I have both to align.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

| | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | my experience w/ all the 'dog legged' years is "real close" is pretty darn good! the poor folks on the assembly line had the same problem, and they could set a poorly fitting door aside and try another, and another, and another ....
when you put replacement doors on it's a struggle to get'em close, to the point where tweaking the cab opening w/ a porta-power is sometimes necessary to get rid of one spot binding, but if you can get the gap pretty even alla way around, and the feature lines match up real close, it may be as good as it gets
