Hey all. I have a 54 GMC 100 with 248 engine. Someone absconded with my original oil bath filter and now I must replace. Want to go with an paper filter but want to keep the look of the original as much as possible. What would you recommend? Links, Photos.... Thanks.

People find another 1954 oil bath cleaner and convert it to use paper filter.

However being after you find another oil bath cleaner you can stay original. Jeffrey

I think you will find the shape/style of the attachment "clamp" on a GMC Zenith Carburetor oil-bath air-cleaner is different from the shape of the attachment "clamp" on the similar-appearance oil-bath air-cleaner used on the Chevrolet Rochester carburetor.
