I've got a pair of front fender side spears that were damaged in shipping. They were bent slightly by shipper. Anyone know someone who restores this stuff? I took the backing off of one of them and it was not easy. Had to pry sides up a little at a time the entire length. I don't wanr to mess these up anymore than they already are. Any advice?

I was a little apprehensive about straitening out the rare set of trim for my '61 Apache that I paid dearly for. (No re-pops available) But working carefully til I got the hang of it, I was able to do it myself with the instructions from carcraft.

Thanks, Yachtcare, Nice article, but truth is ,like Clint Eastwood said, "A man's got to know his limitations". I know mine and I would mess them up. I'd like to send them off to s pro and be done with it!!

Although I dont have a copy handy, I recall seeing some advertisements for stainless trim restoration in "Hemmings motor news". Any good bookstore should have the current copy for sale. Good luck.
