Does anyone know if either of these discounts are still available and how to qualify? | | | | | Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 5,091 Authorized Pest | | Authorized Pest Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 5,091 | Yes, they are still available. There use to be a code with Jim Carter but we dropped that a long time ago.
Last order we made with each of them (from on-line), we just called afterwards and asked them to apply the 10%. When we are making an order over the phone, we just mention that we are with Stovebolt.com
Let us know if you have any problems.

Just made a donation to the site. I'll call Jim Carter tomorrow. | | | | | Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 2,063 Big Bolt Forum Moderator | | Big Bolt Forum Moderator Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 2,063 | I ordered from American classic last night and got the discount. If you call, it is applied. If you order over the internet and put that in the notes, they don't always catch it. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 5,091 Authorized Pest | | Authorized Pest Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 5,091 | Yea, we've missed a lot of stuff with JC and ACTP when we order on-line but our orders are usually small. Sometimes, I've thought about calling after the parts arrive ... but they have been so good to us, helping in times of need, providing prizes, etc. I figure I'm not going to bug them for $2.76. They are good people. Peg

I order a lot from ACTP. a couple of years ago we were back in Pennsylvania on a road trip and had the wiper arm on our 59 Suburban come off. We had them ship new ones to my wife's great aunt's house and picked the parts up there, smooth transaction, no issues! | | |
