Just to clarify to make sure I'm reading this correctly before I order things
1950 AD 1 ton pickup:
This would be the 41-50 1,1-1/2 (exc COE, SBC)....7 leaves (reg production) 3656425 (use 3657834),
So the product number is the 3656425. Why is there the second number? Are they the exact same thing?

My guess is that the second number is a replacement/substitute part that will fit that truck.
If you look at that second part number further down in the list, it looks like it has a substitute part listed?

He said they probably do, but just to be sure. if not, he said they could make them with the original dimensions.

I had Standen Spring in Calgary manufacture new "to spec." springs
for our 1960 Imperial Lebaron eight years ago.
They had the Chrysler specifications for our car, I asked if they could make them so the car stood just a bit higher to combat future sag. The result was a perfect stance and is good today.
The installed price was $1,100.00 so your pricing is very good.
Looking forward in someday seeing your beautiful truck.
