I have no experience with a sway bar install. Are they designed to fit only the original leafs? I want one and if one bolts right up to my mostly original front suspension, I want it.

The sway bar then mounts to the bracket. Because of that, it doesn't matter how many springs you have. Hopefully, Bill's has more than 1. I purchased that one.
Unless you don't care about period correct, the after market sway bars are a little
thicker and my guess, perform better.
Also a thumbs up to Bill's, no issues what-so ever!!
