Questions: How much spark should I see from the points? I have a slight spark from the points right now. What should the air gap be between the diaphragm and front plate? The front plate is about 1/16" from the diaphragm at this point. Anyone have the specifications for setting the proper point setting and air gap on these horns?

The pulsing DC from the charger caused the horn to work after a fashion. This gave me hope because I could make it come alive. I GOT IT. Adjusted the points with a multimeter. Set it to ohms, placed probes on the positive and negative terminals and got the points set at 0.5 - 0.8 ohms and the sound is GREAT!!
