Did some searching https://www.stovebolt.com/ubbthread...2192/Steel_wheel_color_for_1948_310.htmlSeems like black with two pinstripes might be the answer. What version of black, semi gloss, gloss, or?

Could live with black, might put the 16" stripes on though. Kind of a resto-rod anyhow.

Chevrolet did not.

The dual wheels on my GMC seem to have been red, but I just assumed someone repainted them at some point. Perhaps red wheels were original?
