Can I drill through both and use nuts and bolts or is it best to weld? Any other possibilities? I drilled out the original spot welds, removed the old strip, c-clamped the new strip in place and spot welded through the holes to the new strip. I would not bolt them in place as then you have the heads and nuts showing and you never want to go out in public with those showing. | | |
