I pick up the remaining parts I need for the conversion tomorrow. Sadly or jokingly I thought this would be ezee pezee.... Almost harder than tracking down the Napco driveline (at least it was all together on a pallet!!! lol).
I should have something to show you by the weekend. Although a PIA, the others I have talked to about this said they liked the way it turned out and are happy with the V8 ( I hope that kinda of talk doesn't get me banned... I kinda of like it here.. lol)

can be used for the V-8 conversion with the possible exception of the clutch, depending on what V-8 flywheel you use. The V-8 conversion is one of the most popular subjects covered on this site. Lots of information here. I made up a spreadsheet several years ago listing the parts used in the conversion. If you think it is something you can use, send me an email and I'll send it to you. Depending on where you are in "socal" you could also look at mine.

I understand there are many other ways to accomplish this conversion using electric fans w/shrouds and long water pumps. Thanks again guys. While she is a long way from complete, so far the cooling system is working well and the V8 conversion is a success!!!! Now if I can just get the panels to line up I will be good to go!!!!
