Hi guys..I'm sending my 36 1/2 ton pickup to a good painter..so what colors were offered besides the hunter green /black fenders it is now.
Thought I might like the wire wheels a bright red, and the body a medium brown with blk fenders...where do I see the colors offered in 36?
And also did the 1/2 ton have a chrome strip down center of grill like the 1 1/2 did? Thanks, B

IIRC, Jim Carter has some paint sheets available for something like $.15 at the website.

They also sell paint. He can provide just about any factory color you'd like. There is a list in the research catalog. It's in PDF format, and I wouldn't recommend downloading it unless you've got broadband. It's 28 MB.

Take a peek at their website . They may have a listing of the colors in their online store.

Some of the other posters in here may have info about color codes as well, if you'd like to have it mixed locally.

All the 36 truck shell band, grille, crank hole cover & the center bar were chromed. It was an option on the 34-35 trucks only with the Special Chassis option.
