Anybody have hints on how that could be accomplished? I have several rusty spots all over the Carryall, am thinking about applying some vinegar to remove the rust, and then using a flat clear-coat all over the truck.
Any help, and any advice, is sincerely appreciated -

I don't know what to recommend to put on after you kill the rust. This information seems to be held tighter than tips to locate morel mushrooms and wild black raspberry patches, and BBQ recipes around here.

As far as paint ...........a combo of primer red, gray and black with a variety of greens can be faded, blended and sanded back to match the old and new patina.

This is 95% original patina with CLR scotch brite rust treatment and some paint blending on repaired panels then a matte clear over the top.
