Boy, either my vacation mellowed me or the drugs are getting better. Normally, a suggestion like Buddy's would make me cringe and shudder in disgust.
However, his idea
would result in a nose/teeth/grill-job that would match-up nicely as a permutation between
\'54 truck and auto grills .
Nonetheless, I would opt for trying to make fiberglass "noses". Would it be possible to buy an aftermarket nose (or use your good nose as a mold) that could be the form for a Plaster of Paris mold, which then could be used as a mold for the fiberglass noses/teeth? I know very little about fiberglass but I would guess that there must be some release-agent that could be used in the plaster mold.
OK, maybe my drugs are working too well -
