The 2 panels that bolt to the cowl area behind the hood on either side. Mine never came with my truck and i'm looking for a place to get some. Can anyone help?

My book simply calls it "extension" on the drawing. The parts list says "extension, front fender". This is for the 1960 model.

Seemed to me they would be called cowl extensions also and that is a possibility.

and now that you know what they're called you know what to put in your 'parts wanted' ad in the swap meet, cuz they're not reproduced - any wreckin yards w/ the old stuff in yer area?

You should be able to find some easily at the junk yard. They are the same part on all of the Chevy trucks including the C-60 series. I see lots of old C-60's rotting on farms.

If you post on the parts wanted I know where some are available.
