I dont know how it fits, does it screw dowm to the cowl? The place I bought it from said to putit under the cowl but that doesnt seem right...any help or even beter any photos??

Remove screws, lift cowl panel, stick lip of seal w/holes under it, replace screws. Do you know which end goes under the cowl?
