I have a 1952 Chevy Truck that needs some minor frame repair. The guy at the body shop asked me to get him the specs of the frame. He said that the only way to get the frame right was to get the origianl specs. Does any one know where I can get these specs from?

Most of the vendors have this manual... The '54/55-1st frames had changes in a few places, in comparison to earlier Advance Design frames.
Maybe someone who has frame information for 1952 and 1954 can comment on whether the frame changes that took place in '54 are significant (with respect to using the '54 measurements for '52 repairs). I do not know enough about the differences to answer this.

The restoration pack gives the frame thickness and the channel dimensions. If you want me to scan them for you, send me an Email. | | |
