A few quick questions...how do you relock the clip on the brake / clutch shaft? Is there a special tool for this?

The clip looks like it was staked in two equal places. Has anyone used a split snap ring to secure the cupped washers, spring and pedals? What size?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
