There was a can of PPG Omni MH 168 Hardener sitting there. She opened the can to see if the hardener was of any use (old hardener usually goes solid). Anyway, when she opened it it went off like a shotgun - she wasn't hurt - just very surprised. Almost gave me a heart attack and I was 20 feet away. The stuff was boiling like crazy in the can - we left it outside where it continued to boil for a couple of hours.
Be careful opening paint containers!

Fortunately it didn't leak, or that would have been a problem. When they say to store that stuff in cool & dry, they mean it.
