They are for the "F" type Delphi Packard terminals.(Classic Update or Hiway Kits) You can google F type Delphi crimper. Amazon and others have them. Not $200.
Terminal Supply Co. has a video on how to crimp that type of open barrel.

The AAW kit uses OEM "F" terminals. The "F" terminals are noninsulated and have two different crimp done at the same time, one crimps the insulating jacket on the wire and the other crimps the wire making a very strong connection. They are OK for automotive use. I wouldn't call them standard automotive.
