For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 46 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 46 | I took my hood off and ever since then i havent been able to get the gaps between the hood and the fenders to be even. In the rear of the hood it sticks up alot and isnt flush with the cowl in front of the window. How do i adjust it.
Also i put speakers in my doors. I was wondering how you keep the water off of the speakers when it rains or you are washing your truck. Is there a deflector like in late model cars or does it just land all over it? If there is no deflector how can i protect my speakers? Fabricate some sort of deflector (mylar). I thought of putting speakers in the doors, but decided not to for exactly this reason. I put in a center console & mounted the speakers in the console. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 128 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 128 | piewagons got with the hinges as far as the speakers go I have seen a foam type of water cover , uhm lets see there is a stereo shop right next to me but they don't open for two more hours I think he's got some Ill get back to you | | |
