I'm having some trouble locating a source for brake parts for my 1946 3600, 3/4 ton. Wheels have 8 lugs which makes it more difficult to find the right parts. Any ideas? Mostly I need drums and cylinders.
Thanks!

Check with Jim Carter Truck Parts 1-800-862-3749 or eBay.

No dice, checked Jim Carter, Filling Station and Chevs of the 40s. - the 8 lugs is the killer. Any other ideas?

I'm missing something! headscratch
In your first post, you said you needed 8 lug drum.
The link I sent you is an 8 lug drum from J.C.

The listing you sent is for a product that is not current. As of this posting, the JC model MEB126 does not come up in their current catalog not does your link load fully. Too bad, because it would have at least solved the issue for the rear drums. Thanks anyway.

When I plug that into their online catalog, it comes up with the description and says they are in stock and ready to ship for $149 each.

Thank you Harold46 and truckernix, I called JC and they do in fact have the MEB126. So strange that it does not always come up in the catalog. Well that takes care of the rear drums but it is the fronts that I am most interested in finding. The search continues, let me know if you have any ideas for finding an 8 lug front drum set. Thanks!
