It sounds almost identical to Por-15, which I am no longer considering for my resto project because of the isocyanates. I emailed Hirsch about it and they responded saying they didn't see anything in the MSDS about isocyanates. Are you figuring on spray it? If your going to paint it with a brush it's not as big a problem. Seems to be a fine product , equal to the other rust kill paints. It says on the can that it contains Diphenylmethane, Toluol carbon.
