I have a Fulton visor mounted on cab of my 46, and noticed I won't be able to see overhead traffic lights ,unless I lay on the seat. So I got this light finder, but can't seem to figure it out. :rolleyes:

I *think* I've seen them mounted on the dash, in the left corner ... and I imagine you can see a reflection of the light colors? Seems odd to me, which is why I'm curious.
I've noticed in my truck, if I had a visor, the traffic lights sure would be out of view! I'd like to put a visor on, but I don't want to break my neck at every light, either.
Can't wait to hear some good explanations.

Long story short, nice to have for nostalgia, not necessary for practical purposes. After radial tires, on stock rims btw, the Fulton sunvisor is the best add on accessory,IMHO.

All kidding aside, around here I rarely have to look under the visor to see the lights, I guess configurations changed in the last 50 years?
The light finder IS a NEAT accessory though!

I've got a visor on my '46 flatbed, and I tend to stop aways back from the light so as to see the color.
If the folks behind me don't like where I stop, they can go drive on their own street.

I need to purchase a traffic light viewer, so I don't keep getting kinks in my neck. (I've got a perminate neck injury)
