But b-4 I put the new one's in I need to paint the frames. Was the frame gloss black, flat black, or semi-gloss black or was it even black???? Any help would be mucho appreciated. Thanks Oh ya were working on a 1950 Chevy halfinton,with a custom cab.

The metal around my window frame's are stainless steel. The metal Iam talking about, goes around the glass and sides in the window channel and hold the glass to the regulator.

Or has anybody ever changed the size of the window channel and ran a window without the metal frame ? I was quoted a price of $225.00 to install new glass in the front,and the back, not the corner windows. I supply the new rubber. What do you all think sound O.K.

.It is safety glass and it is legal,not too dark.
