These are the kind with hub cap clips. I have a chance to get another but the person says they are 8" wide. Can this be possible? Was there a 15" old school rim that wide? Is this some weird trailer rim or what?

If it's free, take it anyways then figure out what it's for. | | | | | Joined: May 2005 Posts: 8,983 Sir Searchalot | | Sir Searchalot Joined: May 2005 Posts: 8,983 | Not free but cheapish. It does not have nubs and it has holes for clips but no clips. EDIT: Just looked at it, it's 8". Weird.

Pretty sure now after emailing him that he is measuring properly. He thinks it might be NAPCO. I feel like, since clips don't all fall off, that it is an implement or trailer wheel from around the late "clip era". Just a guess. Maybe someone will chime in that has 15"x 8" non-nub on something.
