I just got new tires so now is the time to do it. What should I expect to pay per wheel?

The cost for powdercoating was $55.00 per wheel. The wheels turned out very nice and was worth the money. | | | | | Joined: May 2001 Posts: 115 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2001 Posts: 115 | Charles, That is about what I was expecting. By the way I too have a '52 mgtd. It is unrestored with 62k original miles. I needs paint but is a good driver.

My TD was restored 10 yrs ago, drives great!! BillActually you can sand it smooth and respray the powdercoat just like using primer to surface. I had a very pitted one off aluminum intake that my powdercoaters finished off like a nice enamel job! All you northern Ca guys check with Poly Engineering in Richmond. As I remember they did a set of four wheels, sand blasting and all for $110.00. I may be wrong,t that was a few years ago but I think that is what it cost. All I know is they were the absolute cheapest of MANY I called when I had my iron bed done (we are talking bedroom "Bed" ) I had a number of things done by them and was very happy with price and quality.
