My understanding was black and this is why I am asking the question. Is POR 15 black okay?

the TF floors [including the steps] were a dark gray called "Charcoal", darker than the general interior color gray but definitely lighter than pure black .... if you're trying to be "original" black doesn't cut it

don't know of any brand, but I'd call it a dark Battleship Gray

Does this look like it will work?

There is a Gunmetal that looks pretty dark gray - on my monitor at least.

My GMC is a different stock color. Maybe the Apaches were different?
