The speedo that came with my truck is an 80 MPH unit. Looking at several catalogs, a 90 MPH is listed for a 52 and 80 MPH is for a 51 an older. Does anyone know if some 52's came with a 80 MPH unit, or is it not original equipment? Thanks. Bob

The MPH, color, and position of the high beam are diffrent.

If your was an early 52 it might of come with the 80mph?

Is it acurate?

47-53 3100s all came with 4.11 rear end gears. Therefore any speedometer whether 80 max or 90 max will read accurate on any 47-53 AD 3100.
