The racks are faded now and need redoing. Just started painting them today and I was wondering about the paint striping. Would a tool such as is advertised at J.C Whitney be a good thing? They're not expensive but I don't know anything about such paint tools. Thanks to anyone who has something to say about them.

I use it A LOT for my vintage bicycle restorations.
The only drawback is that you WILL end up pinstriping just about anything you'll lay your hands on. That's good information. I saw that Beugler striper after I posted my questions. It sure looks like a quality tool and has been around for decades. Since no one in town here seems to know what they are I'll send for one. Thanks again.
